Eric's Austrian Pork Goulash


smoked slab bacon
sliced onion
sweet paprika
caraway seeds
marjoram
salt
pepper
stew quality pork
diced potato

Render bacon on a roasting pan
add sliced onions and caramelize
add lots of sweet paprika and caraway and
marjoram till roux like consistency
add water and cook onions till soft
puree all
add more water of stock and add pork
cook till tender
add diced potatoes

I know there are no measurements with this recipe,
however I think this is the type of recipe that "to taste"
should work just fine.
